About the Experience

While this menu may evoke thoughts of a snowy evening in the French countryside, this is Pacific Northwest cuisine at its finest. Here’s what’s on the menu: * Salmon with French Lentils * Chocolate Mousse During this 90-minute virtual cooking class, Chef Jennifer will walk you through each step and answer any questions along the way. She’ll also provide additional information about the cuisine and the ingredients. Once the meal is prepared, you’ll be ready to sit down for a delicious Sunday supper! Recipes and ingredient lists go out via email 5 to 7 days prior to class. Chef Jennifer makes every effort to stick with ingredients that participants should be able source at their local grocery store. In addition, no unusual kitchen equipment is necessary. All levels of experience are welcomed. Please note that virtual classes require a minimum of 4 reservations. Customers will be refunded if the registration minimum is not met within 5 days of the scheduled class.


Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds available for virtual classes, however if you are unable to attend, you can send someone else in your place.
