About the Experience
Join Chef Jennifer in this exciting virtual series where we’ll taste our way through six delicious holidays, each chosen for its unique flavors and cultural significance. Whether you’re an experienced home cook or just starting out, these classes will help you master essential culinary techniques while celebrating the joy of food. Along the way, you'll discover the history behind each holiday, interesting facts about the ingredients, and the science behind the cooking. Grab your apron, fire up your computer, and let’s cook up something delicious! Sunday February 2nd 4:00 pm Pacific Time Chinese New Year and National Carrot Cake Day * Cabbage and Mushroom Dumplings, Smashed Cucumber Salad * Five-Spice Carrot Cake Sunday March 2nd at 4:00 pm Pacific Time National Meatball Day and World Tiramisu Day * Spaghetti with Meatballs * Tiramisu Sunday April 7th at 4:00 pm Pacific Time National Picnic Day and National Coffee Cake Day * Oven-baked Barbecue Chicken, Chickpea Salad * Coffee Cake How it works: During each 90-minute class, we prepare a two-course meal together. Chef Jennifer walks participants through each step and answers any questions along the way. She also provides additional information about the cuisine and the ingredients. Once the meal is prepared, you’ll be ready to sit down for a delicious Sunday supper. Recipes and ingredient lists go out via email 5 to 7 days prior to class. Chef Jennifer makes every effort to stick with ingredients that participants should be able source at their local grocery store. All levels of experience are welcomed. Note: Once you’re registered, Chef Jennifer will send you the Zoom link needed for each class in the series.
Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds available for virtual classes, however if you are unable to attend, you can send someone else in your place.
