Who needs to light a scented candle when the best aromas are the ones coming from the kitchen? Invite some folks over to enjoy this meal with you. As soon as they walk into your home, their olfactory system will send a message to the brain telling them, “This is gonna be good!” And once they sit down to the table, they won’t be disappointed. Taking center stage this month are more seasonal standouts - butternut squash, potatoes, carrots, red onion, and cranberries. Here’s what’s on the menu: Main course: Braised Pork Chops with Apple Cider and Roasted Root Vegetables Dessert: Cranberry Upside Down Cake How it Works: During this 90-minute virtual cooking class, we’ll prepare a two-course meal together. Chef Jennifer will walk you through each step and answer any questions along the way. She’ll also provide additional information about the cuisine and the ingredients. Once the meal is prepared, you’ll be ready to sit down for a delicious Sunday supper! Recipes and ingredient lists go out via email 5 to 7 days prior to class. Chef Jennifer makes every effort to stick with ingredients that participants should be able source at their local grocery store. In addition, no unusual kitchen equipment is necessary. All levels of experience are welcomed.
Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds available for virtual classes, however if you are unable to attend, you can send someone else in your place.
