About the Experience

Brussels sprouts… some people love ‘em, some won’t touch them with a ten foot pole. The fact that you’re reading this means that you’re already a proud member of Team B-Sprouts or you’re willing to be convinced that these little green orbs of goodness really are delicious. Chef Jennifer has put together a menu for the lovers and the “sprout hesitant.” And if you happen to be a hater, just skip the main course and show up for dessert! Main course: Cod with Brussels Sprouts, Gremolata, and White Bean Mash Dessert: Pear-Apple Pie with Phyllo Crust How it Works: During this 90-minute virtual cooking class, we’ll prepare a two-course meal together. Chef Jennifer will walk you through each step and answer any questions along the way. She’ll also provide additional information about the cuisine and the ingredients. Once the meal is prepared, you’ll be ready to sit down for a delicious Sunday supper! Recipes and ingredient lists go out via email 5 to 7 days prior to class. Chef Jennifer makes every effort to stick with ingredients that participants should be able source at their local grocery store. In addition, no unusual kitchen equipment is necessary. All levels of experience are welcomed.


Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds available for virtual classes, however if you are unable to attend, you can send someone else in your place.
