About the Experience
Let’s get ready for National Meatball Day! While there are many ways to prepare these little spheres of tasty goodness, we’re going to go with a classic - Spaghetti and Meatballs. Chef Jennifer, along with Joanne Stekler from Ugly Duckling Bakery, are teaming up to show you how to make the perfect meatball. We’ll also go over best practices for preparing homemade tomato sauce and using dried pasta. No meal is complete without dessert, so let’s celebrate International Tiramisu Day. Using a recipe from Chef Jennifer’s travels in Italy, you’ll learn how to assemble this classic Italian dessert. Main course: Spaghetti and Meatballs Dessert: Tiramisu How it Works: During this 90-minute virtual cooking class, we’ll prepare a two-course meal together. Chef Jennifer will walk you through each step and answer any questions along the way. She’ll also provide additional information about the cuisine and the ingredients. Once the meal is prepared, you’ll be ready to sit down for a delicious Sunday supper! Recipes and ingredient lists go out via email 5 to 7 days prior to class. Chef Jennifer makes every effort to stick with ingredients that participants should be able source at their local grocery store. In addition, no unusual kitchen equipment is necessary. All levels of experience are welcomed.

There are no refunds available for virtual classes, however if you are unable to attend, you can send someone else in your place.
