Service Description

There is nothing like a hearty stew on a cold winter day. This is French comfort food that will leave you feeling warm and toasty. During this class, Chef Jennifer will guide participants through a main course and dessert recipe in a step-by-step fashion. Participants will learn cooking techniques as well as detailed information about the ingredients and the culture behind the cuisine. Here’s the menu: - Main course: Chicken Fricassee with Artichokes and Leeks served with creamy mashed potatoes - Dessert: Cherry Claufouti What you get when you sign up: - Recipes and equipment list 5-7 days prior to class - 75 to 90 minutes of interactive cooking instruction with a professional chef - An awesome two-course meal that is ready to eat when class is over
