This three-class package takes us on a culinary adventure through Europe. During each class, Chef Jennifer will guide participants through a main course and dessert recipe in a step-by-step fashion. Participants will learn cooking techniques as well as detailed information about the ingredients and the culture behind the cuisine. Here’s the itinerary: First Stop: Greece, Sunday November 7th at 2:00pm PST (5:00pm EST) This menu is perfect for entertaining over the holidays or for elevating your game-day snacks. - Spanikopites: phyllo stuffed with spinach and feta - Humus Me Tahini: chickpea dip with pita chips - Tzatziki: Cucumber and Yogurt Dip with fresh veggies - Melopita: Honey pie Second Stop: Spain, Sunday December 5th at 2:00pm PST (5:00pm EST) Whether or not you celebrate The Feast of Seven Fishes, this Spanish meal is sure to reel in your family and friends for a seat at your table. - Skillet Paella with Chorizo and Seafood - Spanish Almond Cake Third Stop: France, Sunday January 9th at 2:00pm PST (5:00pm EST) There is nothing like a hearty French stew on a cold winter day. This is comfort food at its finest. - Chicken Fricasse with Artichokes and Leeks served with creamy mashed potatoes - Cherry Claufouti What you get when you sign up: - Recipes and equipment list 5-7 days prior to class - 75 to 90 minutes of interactive cooking instruction with a professional chef - An awesome two-course meal that is ready to eat when class is over NOTE: When booking, you will receive a Zoom link for the first class.
