About the Experience

This 90-minute virtual session takes us on a culinary adventure to Italy. As we transition into spring, brassica vegetables such as kale, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts are front and center at the produce stand. In this class, the spotlight is on one of the lesser known brassicas, broccoli rabe. We’ll pair it up with Italian sausage and orecchiette pasta. No meal is complete without dessert, so while we’re in Italy, we’ll make luscious Chocolate Amaretti Tortes. What you get when you sign up: - Recipes and equipment list 5-7 days prior to class - Up to 90 minutes of interactive cooking instruction with a professional chef - An awesome two-course meal that is ready to eat when class is over

There are no refunds available for virtual classes, however if you are unable to attend, you can send someone else in your place.
