Virtual Class: Eastern Europe

About the Experience

This 90-minute virtual session takes us on a culinary adventure to Eastern Europe. The first stop is in Georgia where we’ll prepare Seared Salmon with Red Adjika, a traditional paste made with peppers. The salmon is paired with Georgian Green Beans. For dessert, we’ll set sail on the Black Sea and make our way into Romania. Here, we’ll enjoy a seasonal Apple Caraway Cake. What you get when you sign up: - Recipes and equipment list 5-7 days prior to class - Up to 90 minutes of interactive cooking instruction with a professional chef - An awesome two-course meal that is ready to eat when class is over

Cancellation Policy

Clients who cancel at least 8 days prior to their scheduled class will receive a full refund or can opt to reschedule for a later date. Cancellations 2 - 7 days prior to the scheduled class will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
